My complaint:
SECOND REQUEST
I have been a long time user of wish.com, with no issues. The problem started when I received an email stating that the purse I wanted to purchase was no longer available, and would i be willing to for another purse ( which looked like a faux louis Vuitton small bag). I accepted.
Then, going through my credit card statement, I saw a charge for $40.90 from Wish. I knew I had not made any purchase like that and wondered about it. Of course there is no one to call. I emailed several times. Then placed the charge on hold until I could figure out what the charge was.
Through extensive research on my own, with no help of Wish, I determined it was an additional charge for that purse. They had not mentioned that to me. I released the hold and decided to just get it and move on.
Since then, I have been blocked for payment issues, though I approved the charge and they were paid in full. I have sent my drivers license, both front and back at least a dozen times. I have emailed them as many times, which I am replied with they can not unblock my account due to terms and conditions. I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING! I paid them their ridiculous shipping charge, received the incredibly fake looking purse and was blocked for no reason. This has been going on for months. I can’t get any help.
They continue to send me daily texts on items to purchase but I can’t.
