My complaint:
An item I purchased on line bore no resemblance to the article advertised. I did not like it. I sent photos and asked for a return label. I was informed it was the item ordered and it could not be changed.
Your returns policy states if a customer is not satisfied it can be returned.
Suggested solution:
Send me a returns label and refund my money.
