My complaint:

August 24 I ordered from WISH mobile phone p43 pro .
Got it September 11 .
I tried to installed it and learned that the unit does nor really works.
It is possible to connect it to the local WIFI and to my google account but the unit does not really works. when you touch an application 10 other applications opened and closed or nothing happen.
they should refund me and take the unit back.
I opened customer support claim . It is all BOT system no Human can be reached, I got answer that I will get response within 3 days but nothing happened. I mailed them and their respond was that they do not support through mail and ask me to contact customer support .
I called them long distance call to wish support from Israel and got an answer that they do not have phone support.
