My complaint:
I ordered a backpack 7 days ago. I was told it would be shipped 7 days after I purchased the item, then when you guys couldn’t meet the shipping requirements you canceled the order and told me I could have my money back in 10 days. ‘NO’, the money should be placed back on my account right away not ten days. I placed this order with a time schedule. I’ve already lost seven days due to a bad shipping policy. I should not have more of my time wasted because you all couldn’t do the job right.
Suggested solution:
My money should be returned to my account today 71421, not 10 days from now, or the option of using the funds on another product with same amount.
