My complaint:

I ordered 13 items from Wish on the 11 July 2020. To date 12 October, no items have been received. The company has not even tried to reach me and explain this long delay.

Suggested solution:

They should deliver all my ordered and paid for items by, 14 October 2020. If this does not happen - I need all my money paid back into my account.
