My complaint:
I orderly two products on 13 April 2020 and they said the latest delivery date would be 17July 2020.This is now October and still nothing is here.I have been trying to contact the but they do not respond.When I went to their Customer Support a robotic message came through saying sorry the refund for this product passed on 16 August.Why did you not tell me anything so that I could have replaced with another one wish??
Suggested solution:
I want my products as soon as possible or they give me my money back simple.
My order was placed in April-where is it?
