My complaint:
When I look at the tracking on an item I purchased it says item was attempted delivery and than says delivered. I never received the item . The weird thing is I received a package that had multiple items in it from jewelry to shirts pants pens ect. I never ordered this stuff. I contacted support and they tell me sometimes the items are marked delivered but it’s not realtime tracking that the item could still be on its way .they told me to contact them back oct 15th and than we will refund you . This seems very shady and just want my money back or another item to be shipped out. I’m not going to wait another 2weeks to try and get the refund and possibly forget to contact cause that’s what they are hoping happens .
Suggested solution:
Refund my money .find where my item is or ship out another item
