My complaint:
I ordered a 3 piece hairpiece from Wish on the 31.05.2020. On the 17.11.2020 I received a delivery which stated the correct item on the outside of the tiny package. However, on the inside was a tiny little pendant or something like that. I requested a refund as it is the incorrect item and I was already annoyed for having to wait 5 months for my purchase in the first place.
Shocking to me, I received the reply that Wish has a 30 day refund policy and that I am already outside of this time period. How is that possible if I had only just received the item? This is fraudulent behaviour and should bot be allowed.
Suggested solution:
I want the requested refund. I am happy to return the item sent to me as I did not order whatever it is.
