My complaint:

Wish

I am very disgusted at their behaviour. I have requested several times for a refund of £11.84 on this item because I ordered 2 Amazon firestick and you send me 2 remotes!! They then didn’t respond to my emails so I opened a PayPal dispute. then they emailed asking me to close the PayPal dispute and you would issue a full refund but you still haven’t done that!! I have contacted several times to get a refund but they ignore all my emails and respond like a robot

I demand a refund of £11.84 please action this asap
