My complaint:

i ordered a phone on the 04 August 2020 and paid for it. i received a message back that i should receive my phone on the 03 November 2020. I waited patiently untill the 04 November 2020 to no avail. On the 04 November i received a message that i will be refunded my money on the 17 November 2020, untill today the 17 December 2020 i have not received my refund or the phone.there excuse was shipping taking to long. The amount i am waitng for is R1127.00 for a P20plus that i did not receive.

I want my money back that they have for more than 4 and half months, i will never recomend someone to buy something from wish. This is not the way bussiness is done
