My complaint:
Ordered foot pegs for motor bike checked the tracking and said it arrived at our location. We didn’t receive it . We informed wish several times that we didn’t receive our item. They said due to the virus it’s taking much longer. Then we get told it’s past our refund time . We didn’t cancel the order , as far as we knew it was still on its way. And they are refusing a refund
Suggested solution:
Refund or send the foot pegs we ordered .
