My complaint:
I accidentally clicked on Yes on one of the questions when I first contacted Support. The bot since thought the package was delivered. There is no way to change it. I need real support in terms of finding out what’s the ETA for delivery. Today is Dec 17 2020.
Suggested solution:
Please fix your bot or contact support to allow more options to correct the status of the package, input by the customers. Please also provide the latest status.
