My complaint:
I placed an order in May 2020, it was sent back to the manufacturer, and never resent. I asked for a refund of the $28 price of the item, and all I got was the $8.48 back for the shipping, and a 4 month runaround by support, refusing to refund the money.
Suggested solution:
Return the $28 to my bank card.
