Wirex complaint: Account blocked

My complaint:

Dear Sir,

Goodday I am wirex customer finland.They blocked my account suddenly,without Earl notice.Now I have amount of money €1086 in my account.I need to help get the funds as quickly,as possible.They do this bad act as I am travelled abroad in holidays.I am stranded here now,6 weeks with out money been able to withdraw from my account by ATM.I do request urgent help soon.Looking forward for reply soon.

They should resolved it by making sure that they return the whole balance of funds in account .That's important way to do soon.
