My complaint:

BOGO advertized in flyer dated about Jan. 26 2022
Broccoli bunch or cauliflower, mix and match, bogo, save up to 3.99 on 2.

Picked out one bunch of broccoli and one cauliflower.
Was charged separately for each one.
Two weeks later brought my receipt and flyer used on day of purchase to front desk.
Was told that with those two items I had to purchase 2 to get 2. She said this has been raised with vendor before, but to no avail. She agreed with me that this is very confusing and does not reflect what is advertized.
I received an I’m sorry with no correction made, no refund.
This is false advertizing, and must happen with other items as well.
Can be resolved by sending me the required refund. Store personnel being sorry is not acceptable.
