My complaint:

My sister and I went to winn dixie at this location today, The cashier named Mary was very rude to us, I was in a motorized wheel chair and my sister was pushing shopping cart. I had two twenty four packs of drinks that were on sale in the basket of wheel chair, she told me i would have to leave them in basket, I said i have some other things in cart my sister was pushing, she proceeded to tell me i had to put them all in same cart! My sister and I both had surgery in the past week, but i managed to move both cases of drinks. So I moved wheel chair out the way, my sister moved cart up. She rudely told my sister, not ask her to move her cart back so person in front of her could have some privacy, the lady said I already ran my card, we had seen her do this, She said well she still needs back up! So we ran all my stuff though and I paid, My sister had two sandwiches, she was paying with EBT card, it kept taking us back to payment screen, I ask what problem was, MARY said loudly she has zero balance on card, which I knew was wrong because we had called and checked balance before entering store! I said fine Ill pay with my debit card, My sister was so embarrassed by that. I suggest if MARY is not physically capable of doing her job, or doesnt have the patience to deal with public she should stay at home. Winn dixie has always been one the nicer stores in town, But I was sad about how we were treated today

Suggested solution:

MARY should not interact with customers
