My complaint:
Arrived at WD today for turkey, ham and catfish. Got turkey and catfish (was not on display associate went to the back and brought what I wanted. Requested that ham to be cut into stakes. Was told at 8:50 AM the cutting machine was down and would be another 20 minutes before the ham could be cut. Disappointed, told the associate I would not wait.
Suggested solution:
If the store opens at 8:00 why are the butchers and fish agents ready to take orders?
