My complaint:

Once again we are experiencing problems at the cashier manned check out at Winn Dixie.
We frequent both the Winn Dixies @ Marion Oaks and at the Belleview locations.
Today we encountered a problem with the rewards program points and coupon. Our last trip was at the Bellview location and when completing the order for payment we were advised that the phone number receipt did not match the phone on our rewards card. We explained that we received this receipt at the checkout and have never experienced a problem before.
My husband went back out to the car to get another receipt for the rewards program (We numerous times at Winn) and when he returned to the cashier somebody from the courtesy desk came over to review what was going on. We were informed that the cash register did indeed take off the coupon and reward points were taken.
When we finally arrived home to put away our receipt for the next purchase we could not find out card. The card was never given back to us. I called the store which took 15 minutes to have them tell me that the card was given back. How can a card go missing within 7 minutes?????? We have it laminated so it would be hard to discard without thinking about it.
This store needs training and a professional manager to manage it. Never in my life have we been to a store where there is a constant conflict at the checkout. This event happened at 9:30 02042022 hopefully you record any conversations that occur during business hours.
Now we need to have a card replaced please see the information below.
