Winn-Dixie complaint: Horrible customer care

My complaint:

I was shopping at winn dixie in auburndale fl with my children and elderly mother when a rude customer behind me began yelling excuse me so I can move even though there was plenty of space to walk behind me. He then proceeded to invade my personal space and get right in my face in my ear and yell at the tip of his lungs excuse me which caused me to get startled he then mocked me laughing saying I bet you heard me now and almost pushed me out of the way as he walked on he then turned around because my teenage son told him to watch his mouth and walked back as he cursed at my son. The whole time this is happening Winn Dixie staff just stood by watching this man bully me and they did nothing as soon as my son tried defending me that is when staff yelled security. I realized the reason this happened is because this man is white and we are Black Hispanic. Winn Dixie staff felt it was okay for this white man way bigger than me to yell and mock me but as soon as we responded in defense they felt they Had to protect this white man from the crazy black and Hispanic family who were shopping. I honestly did not hear this man saying excuse me. If I had heard him the first time I would have moved and apologized even though there was plenty of space for him to go around. This man was a racidt bully and because of Winn Dixie staff allowing him to get away with this nonsense he will continue to cause issues until he meets tge wrong person some day. Winn Dixie staff at this location need better training. The moment he began screaming the cashier should’ve said Hey sir just go around there’s plenty of space here as they see him get louder and belligent security should have been called. If police would’ve showed up my whole family would’ve been harassed and probably handcuffed because Winn Dixie staff would’ve took the white customers side. So sad and I will never shop there again

Suggested solution:

They need to acknowledge they were at fault for not calling security the moment the rude customer became out of control they need to better train their employees
