My complaint:
on 9/27/2023 we purchased a 10 piece dark chicken order from the arcadia fl winn dixie deli
upon arriving home and attempting to have a nice chicken supper we were dismayed to find that the chicken had a dwfinite off odor. it would appear that the chicken was cooked in oil that was definitely past its prime giving the chicken a fairly bad funky taste. this is unacceptable. our evening was ruined. there was no reason for the chicken to be so bad. perhaps your fryer oil needs to be changed more often.
we’ve never had thi8s problem with chicken from publix. just thought you should be made aware of this. also have some concerns as to health issues here
