My complaint:
I was from out of town . we stopped at Winn Dixie on our was to our destination. I picked up what I needed got in line to check out. checking out instead of her giving me my receipt she told me to get it off the register. I told her I have never heard of this. I went out of line but then when I stood just to see if she will do that which the others she did not, I am a woman of color and behind me a was white which she politely tore off his receipt and said thank you. I could not believe my eyes! HER NAME WAS JAMIE in these days and times we do not need something like this . SHE DO NOT NEED TO BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC.
Suggested solution:
I WENT TO THE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM HE SAID I I CAN DO IS TALK TO HER. THAT ALSO I COULD NOT BELIEVE. HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED HER IN HIS OFFICE AND TOOK CARE OF THE SITUATION RIGHT THEN. THE STORE MANAGER ON MY RECEIPT NAME IS KAELA. HE WAS HE SEEM LIKE. WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO. I WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH THE HOLD THING.
