My complaint:
First I went in there to place an order not knowing that they were only taking online orders because there was no signage of that. Once the girl rudely told me online orders only I wanted to ask a question about the new flavor because in was not online only for her to yell in my face “GET BACK” like I was in her personal space or behind the counter which I was not. There was a store full of people and that was uncalled for. I understand that there was only two of them and that was extremely unprofessional so I spent my money next door at the firehouse subs where I got the best customer service.
Suggested solution:
Fired them and get some people that can handle pressure.
