Wingstop complaint: Unprofessional Manager

My complaint:

I walk in store and order 50 wings, 30 lemon pepper and 20 barbecue. The young lady said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I went and sat in my truck for 30 minutes. I came back in and ask was it ready the Lady at register said it was coming up next in a few minutes. It turn out to be another 15 minutes as i watch order after order go out the door. I finally ask about my order and i tell him the young lady said it would be ready in 30 minutes, he begin to get upset with the young lady at registers . The manager said i was being disruptive because i ask for my order of wings. Which had I already paid for.. he just cancel my order and said your refund will be return in a couple of days. I have worked in food service over 25 years. I called the manager out and he got upset and cancel my order. He was unprofessional in handling the situation.

Suggested solution:

He should have made my order on the spot, and that whould have been the end. He wanted to prove he was the man. But a jerk in front of everyone.
