My complaint:
I ordered 10 wings with bone in with mango habanero sauce combination.
I paid $16.10, but when I got home after I showered and was ready to eat my dinner, only found four (4) wings. I tried calling, but it was already closing time and they didn’t answer the phone and I was not able to get dressed fast enough to catch them before they closed. I was not going to eat them all as I usually take the leftovers I have for lunch for the next day.
The cashier was named Suzanne and my order was placed 9102021 at 10:27PM. The Wingstop location was 935 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 1176. I think the order number was 10066. I gave her $20.00 and she gave me back $3.90
Suggested solution:
Either, I get my money back or provide the wings that were missing with my next order.
