My complaint:
Delivery person could not understand the written instructions that I gave him we also talked on the phone he still didn’t find me I had to get dressed go down and stand out in the cold for him to find me
I live in a senior complex on the 3 rd fl it is hard for me to get around at times I don’t drive so I have to use delivery anyway 25 minutes later I get my food.
Suggested solution:
Find better drivers
