Wingstop complaint: That suck

My complaint:

Me and my coworker walked into Wingstop and nobody was at the counter for 10 minutes. Finally when someone came to us they had a mouth full of food and they barely could understand what we wanted. Then after I ordering they walked away and my coworker waited another 5 minutes. Then we waited for 30 minutes to get our food when we were the only two customers. it took 20 more minutes to receive it after it was cooked. Once we got our food it was undercooked no season on the fries the barbeque sauce was barely on there. All other wingstops I’ve had no problems with I love Wingstop but this Wingstop is terrible and it needs to be brought to attention. Employees care more about eating the wings and fries then serving them. I thought I was at a high school cafeteria.

Suggested solution:

They should do some undercover Boss on that store to see for your own self. I read several reviews that I'm not the only one that has dealt with this at the same store on in grapevine Texas.
