Wingstop complaint: My order was given to someone else

My complaint:

Placed an order over the phone at 7:53 pm I was told it would be ready by 8:15 pm, I arrived right before 8:15, paid for my order. They searched for my order and they couldn’t find it, finally I was told it was given to someone else by mistake. Took them about 10 minutes to figure out why, my order was given to someone else. Finally I was told, they have to make your order again, it will be ready in 10 minutes. So I stepped out for 10 minutes because of the long line and crowd inside the store. I came back in and asked if my order was ready. I was told “are u sure you ordered” we don’t see your order here. Omg I just stepped out for 10 minutes I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. So I had to tell them my order once again. Even the customers that were waiting for there orders knew what I was going through they even started teasing me, how they have memorized my order. Finally manager appears out of nowhere and steps in and told them all to make his (my)order. I finally get my order at 9:40 pm. Customer service is terrible. They only have these young kids working there. There fast to take your money but slow to get your order done.
This business is very disorganized and customer service is terrible all around.

Suggested solution:

An apology would of been great. But when I was told repeatedly if I was sure I placed my order there after the fact I paid them. And they obviously knew it was given to someone else.
Even a few meal would of been great for the whole time I was waiting for my order.
