My complaint:
Food was a disaster chicken was overly seasoned on one side, it looked like food was thrown in a box butter poured in and a whole bottle of lemon pepper was poured on top. The same for the hot Buffalo and garlic Parmesan wings. One side was sauced. Normally the wings are tossed in a mixing bowl. Not this time. Also I had a concern on how I seen staff lounging around eating while one person was taking the garbage out with no gloves on and prepared the Togo orders. Also I seen a cup lid drop on the floor and staff just put it on the cup of soda for a customer.
I spoke to Charlene who also was very rude and stated she can’t give refunds , she was unapologetic for the crumby service I experienced and gave me a hard time when asking for someone else to speak to besides her.
Suggested solution:
My complaint could’ve been resolved with a refund and better customer service from a supervisor. Also staff needs better phone etiquette, when I first called to complain someone answered and said “ Online Only” and hung up. Never even mentioned wing stop answered the phone like I called there personal phone.
