Wingstop complaint: Very rude manager, front register worker

My complaint:

I placed an order online. While ordering online I forgot to say extra well done well wings so that’s when I called the location right after placing my order and told the young lady that answer the phone that I had just placed an order online and that I forgot to say for my wings to be extra well done and she said ok I will tell them. I get to the store to pick my order up and I checked my food to make sure my wings was extra well done and they wasn’t. So I proceeded to tell the cashier and she says to Me they are well done I tell her know they wasn’t so she goes to get this guy his name is John he says he the GM and instead of him letting me tell him about my order her argues with me and tell me ma’am these are extra well done we let them cook 20 mins. I said to him no they’re not and I asked him if he don’t mind could he recook them I will wait on them and he kept going back and forward with me and then he finally decided to recook them. On top on that I also ordered another large fry along with a ranch and the young lady charged me for it and when I looked in the bag my ranch wasn’t in there. So I asked the young lady if she charged me for it she said yes I said ok but it’s not in the bag she then goes to tell me yes it is he put it in there I said to her no it’s not and that’s when John the GM as he say he was came back up and says your ranch is in the bag and I told him the same thing no it’s not u can look in the bag to see for yourself and then he goes to the kitchen and get the ranch. I did take my food back in and ask for a refund at that time I no longer wanted the food. I am very upset and I think with him being a GM he shouldn’t be so rude.

Suggested solution:

I think something should be done about him and the cashier if they are going to be rude with poor customer service. I would like for my refund back. I would never order from that location again.
