My complaint:
My husband ordered some food online and I didn’t know how he order it and I went to pick it up from leaving another store. I gave the employee his name and the Manager told me that there is no order for Ricky. I called my husband on the phone and he gave me a order number 2121631215 and gave it to the Manager and she said we don’t use order numbers we go by phone numbers and names. I didn’t know he order it online. She was as rude and Ignorant acting as she could be, She want to argue with the customer. The other employees where laughing and I told her to keep that food and walk out that store and will never come back .I can open my front door and see that restaurant. I will call the Better Business Bureau and tell them how your restaurant is treating Customers. She said she is a Manager, Poor, Poor, Poor, Training.
Suggested solution:
Send her to Training as fast as possible, she is a real class act.
