My complaint:
Hello I have a complaint about the Wing Stop that’s in Greensboro, North Carolina 4203 W Wendover Ave zip code is 27407.
I come to this wing stop all the time as a college student and I was told I couldn’t get my food through online order. I tried to place the order to this wing stop Tuesday September 7th at 11:11pm before it close at 12 am. When I got to the wing stop location they were only doing online orders and barely closed not taking no orders after 11pm one of the workers told me.
So I said to the worker that I tried to place my order only online and it would not let me. She said I don’t know why and didn’t take my order.
Suggested solution:
She said that the app closes out at a certain time but I have order from wing stop before at late time and gotten my order. Also something needs to be done with the workers because place don’t close at the time that’s listed which is 12 am. When I walked in at 11:19pm to tell them that my online order wasn’t going through they already were cleaned up and ready to shut down for the night which is unacceptable.
Workers are closing early then the listed time to go home early.
