My complaint:
I went to White castle at approximately 3;30 pm to buy some sliders.
there were three servers and the drive thru was not busy only one car.
the servers took the order looked at me and turned her back and completly ignored me.
I left in disgust. It seems the workers working at this location are lazy and do not want to work.
Suggested solution:
Manager should bring this issue to their attention and emphasize on customer service
