My complaint:
I eat here all the time and they have always cleaned the grill off to make my sandwiches. I have never had to ask why my cheeseburgers were getting onions SCRAPED off. Your manager here looked me straight in the eye and told me that’s how they do it and if I really wanted them to do it I would have to wait another 20 minutes for them to clean the girls and start over (we had already sat here for 20 minutes!!)…when I called her out and explained that I was allergic to them and that no other team has everyone that to my burgers. I watch them clean the grill off and cook fresh burgers. We wait nearly 30 minutes each time because we know it’s annoying to have to clean the grill…but if I hadn’t been watching the employees I would have ended up in the hospital! I am so disappointed in how the manager handled this.

I buy crave cases from this location 4 times a month. I would like a free 30 cheeseburger crave case!
