My complaint:
I purchased whirlpool Frig at Lowes in Salisbury nc October 2019. 3,200 dollars 1 year warranty … my last whirlpool I got 1988 an is still working so I trusted whirlpool an I had to call lowes the ice maker not working they’d send a service man an has come to my house many times an it start working an then quit. It’s not fix …still after calling an being put on hold many times before the warranty run out an no body would replace it …even Lowes I was just pushed right through my warranty time an still no ice maker an they want me to pay for the service man now an I’ve ask an ale to replace it before it run out now I get told not warranty this is not right ….
Suggested solution:
They need to come take this whirlpool Frig an replace it after asking what do I do when the warranty runs out I’d like the frig replaced with whirlpool frig that will have the ice maker as I can see there not warranty but all the times they have come to service it soon as I got it the ice marker hasn’t worked thank you
