My complaint:

Hello,

I would appreciate your help in resolving a dishwasher failure, after just 2 years from purchasing it.

Over the years I have purchased a significant amount of Kitchen Aid appliances from Oakville Appliance, invoice attached. I have several homes that I own to be outfitted over the years with new appliances.

I had had an expert appliance technician in to assess the dishwasher, and he has concluded that the control panel has died. I have used this technician for the past 30 years, and he knows his business very well.

This is a very expensive fix for me after just 2 years, after paying $1143.96 for this dishwasher.

Resolution: Brand new dishwasher or at a minimum a new control panel, at your expense. I will still have to pay this technician to install it, at my expense.

Please have it shipped to me as soon as possible.
