Whirlpool complaint: BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT – NO WARRANTY – USING REFURBISHED PRODUCT

My complaint:

I’ve purchase one Whirlpool Refrigerator and one no of Whirlpool Washing machine together on 03032021. Since last one month or more the fridge is not working anymore. 10-15 days after lodging a complaint the service engineer attended and said the PCB is not working and he will order for that. In the second attendance he brought a REFURBISHED PCB and tried to resolve the issue but failed saying that the FAN is not working. Like that three no. of subsequent attendance all with some REFURBISHED material my fridge is still lying unusable at my premises. Their local service center calls and advises me to buy some Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) from them, but as my product is already under warranty I refused to take it. Then they call and literally threatening me advising me that I should not look after how they are repairing the unit (by putting some NEW or some REFURBISHED materials) and keep silence on that otherwise they will not provide any services and my product will remain unsolved. While trying to approach Whirlpool Customer Support through their Whatsapp chat and phone call they are absolutely clueless about the reported problem and every time generating a so called COMPLAINT REFERENCE NUMBER which actually has no use at all. They are neither bothering to reply my multiple mails on their help desk. It seems I have purchased some headache of threatening phone calls with some fifty thousand rupees. Now my humble request to you is that to look into this matter and help me getting refund my wasted money on some useless product, or at least help me getting replacement of the defective Fridge with a Brand New one with a functional warranty of one year. Suggested solution:

I need a full replacement of the unit with functional warranty of a year or refund back my hard-earned money.
