My complaint:
Purchased convection oven May 21 ,2020, work 3 weeks, repaired Dec. 14, 2020 due to no part ! Oven developed same problems on Jan. 3 2021 after the repair! Elderly couple with medic as l issues, don’t eat fast food, special diets, mostly home prepared, No way to prepare for 1 year plus, no stove !! Oven design purposely to developed problems ! Research on internet informed me that the control panel was not insulated from the heat of the oven causing this failure and Whirlpool knew about this and used this model as a repair money maker !! Have exhausted all avenues, state attorney, Fla. Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services!
Paid $1000 on American manufactured product that they knew was a lemon, but thru corruption of the check to insure they sell product that consumers can get service out of they just give you the run around and no solution to your hard earned money just getting taken by organized con artist and their support from the people we elect to protect us. Still No Oven !!!!!
