My complaint:
It took 18 minutes to get an order of LUKEWARM french fries. Would have taken longer if the man in front of me hadn’t given up and left without his order.
This was at 2pm, 9321, and there were only 2 cars ahead of me in my line and 1 car in the second line. I will never go to this Whataburger again. Whataburger is usually slower than a lot of FF places, but never this slow.
Suggested solution:
There is no resolution that I know of. They need to check if they were short of employees or whatever. They could have at least apologized for taking so long.
