My complaint:

I have been faithfully going to this store weekly for 6 years, prior to that I lived in the Houston, Tx area and have been supporting this chain since 1974. This is the third time in four weeks that it is in turmoil. The drive thru had at least 10 cars in line, so I went inside like I normally do and there were at least 7 people standing in line and no one, I mean no one at the register to receive orders, people walking around in the kitchen area looking at us like when we are ready we will wait on you, I asked the people in front of me how long have they been waiting they said about 10 minutes and hadn’t seen anyone, I left and went to Sonic, you have a serious management issue at this location, can’t believe if the manager really understood customer service that she would be there overseeing orhelping. It will destroy you business, I was excited this week to see that they are building a Wendy’s a mile from my home, I drive 7 miles to your store…NO MORE!
