My complaint:
It is 1105 pm on tuesday may 25 2021 and I’m sitting here in line I called them and asked them if I would have ordered my burger on the phone would they be able to run it out to me or do I still have to sit in line the lady said you still have to sit in line then what’s the sense in calling it in?
Suggested solution:
I used to manage Dairy Queen for 11 years and what we did when we had stuff like this go on in the lobby was closed we would still have to register going the lobby one for the to go orders and the quick orders to get them out of the way everybody with long orders got moved around to the other side but it got taken out to them I don't understand why this place does not do that they're always busy
