My complaint:
I ordered on the whataburger app at 9:16 pm and asked for delivery – it gave a time of 9:26 , which I was happy with – so I accepted it – I received my order at 11:01 pm , an hour and a half later – the hamburger was ok , not good as usual , the fries were cold , so I tossed them – this is a major flaw on the app – it is quite upsetting and I paid over $20
Suggested solution:
I am no one to tell them how to rectify this- they have been in business for years and are a strong company- I just want them aware this happened and they can take care of it with all the experience and knowledge they have at their disposal -
