Whataburger complaint: 30 minutes in the drive thru is TOO long

My complaint:

I understand busy times and things taking a little longer than normal but 30 minutes??? And I spent 15 minutes at the window waiting for food!! Unacceptable

Suggested solution:

Hire more people
