My complaint:

I came thru drive through and repeated my order to the lady KK 3x and my order was still wrong when I got to the window and they wanted to get mad because they got my order wrong so I told the manager I was going to file a complaint.

Suggested solution:

I had to charge my card again for $3.27 . manager should have jus given me a fry after I repeated to he lady 3 x my order
