My complaint:
The customer in seated in front of us complained of the long wait it took them to get their order. We too waited far too long and inquired of our order only to find that it failed to include onion rings. Instead of giving us our burger and fries, the server elected to take it back to the kitchen until the onion rings could be fried. We’ll, the onion rings came out Hot, the burger and the French fries were barely warm.
Suggested solution:
Inform management of the error and the importance of reviewing the sales receipt is complete of the order and the Neal is served “Hot”!!! This bad experience with Whataburger makes us hesitant to return any time soon. Our order numberreceipt is; 210687, Sunday, 7322 at 3:02 PM.
