Whataburger complaint: Terrible Drive Thru Service

My complaint:

Very bad experience! Order was place at 5:25 with only 1 car in front of me. I finally received my order at 5:41. The two ladies working the drive thru had no sense of urgency. They were laughing without a care in the world and not paying attention to work at all. One of the ladies was eating a burger and fries at the drive thru window. She did not wash her hands while making our drinks. Touching our lids, our cups as she is eating. Mind you, this was only 3 meals. Ordered 2 medium diet cokes and 1 small D.P. Well, they got that wrong as well. We received 1 medium Diet coke, 1 Medium D.P. and 1 small Diet coke. We have had several bad experiences at this location during the evening shift. The day crew is always very good! We love Whataburger, but unless something changes, we will find somewhere else to eat in the evenings.

Suggested solution:

I don't have a resolution to my complaint. I have managed many of restaurants, and this behavior is unacceptable.
