My complaint:
On Monday 52421 I arrived at Whataburger to make my order at 5:26 pm. Despite being the 5th car in line, it took 20 minutes to get my order. After another 10 min, my food was given to me. The food was cold, not even lukewarm. One of the drinks was the wrong kind. I pulled away at 5:52pm. The wait time and wrong orders are becoming a consistent problem with the location at 1501 S IH 35 in Round Rock. Receipt 546981
Suggested solution:
They either need more employees or need to retrain the ones they have. 30 mins for fast food only to receive the wrong order, and cold as well, are unacceptable customer service.
