My complaint:
Went to drive up window. Order fries 2 burgers and onion rings. Got home NoFries
2 weeks ago ordered salad with chicken
Got home just saw a disgusting salad with nothing in it. Only greens.
Person packaging should have seen the salad had nothing in it.
Again person packaging should see that everything is complete. I have been going for over 10 years. This has gotten terrible bad. Kids need to check bag before giving to customers. Manager really need to step it up. If they were to go deliver all the wrong orders to the customers there would be no one left in the restaurant. I know I’m not the only one it happens to.
Suggested solution:
As stated above. The PERSON bagging should double check that everything is in the bag.
