My complaint:
I grew up in Corpus Christi and it was always a treat to eat at Whataburger. Now I live in Alabama was excited to find a Whataburger in Trussville. I was so disappointed in how thin the patty was. There were actually holes in the patty because it was so thin. Whataburger used to be the best burger. Even Sonic’s burger patties are thicker than the Whataburger I had today. Trusssville, Al is almost 60 miles from where I live in Alabama now. At least now I don’t feel like I’m missing out on a decent burger because there are many Sonic drive ins in the small town where I now live.
Suggested solution:
Have a thicker patty. I think that people who want a good burger will pay more to get a burger in which the patty isn’t so thin that there are actually holes in the patty. Today I would have paid a few more dollars to get the Whataburger I grew up with.
