My complaint:
4:58 am, drove to order kiosk and girl said they were not taking orders at this time. But all the lights were on as if operational business. Business website says hous of operation is 24 hrs, 7 days a week.
Suggested solution:
Have staff operational for fully operational business or turn lights off and place signs of new hours at kiosk.
