My complaint:

I only use the app for the location at 2155 Airport Fwy, Euless but order went to the Hurst location. The order was placed on 61 at 5:39 pm ( 23620328 ). Went to the Airport Fwy location and was informed they did not have may order. I checked my phone and the order was placed at the Hurst location. I called to obtain a refund but they could not process the refund but could have it processed through the 800 . At 6:08 I placed another order ( 236231644 ) for the correct location and received my order. At 5:43 on 61 I called the 800 to obtain the refund ( on the phone for over 18 minutes ) and the person told me a report had been issued and upper management would process the refund. on June 2 at 1:55 pm I received an email with the subject Whataburger Refund Request CRM:0067303 stating they could not locate my phone order. I sent a reply with the time date and $ amount ( all information easily accessed through the account history on your app ). Since the reply on 62 nothing has happened. I have spent over 35 minutes on the phone talking to several people and no one is willing to help, the will only submit refund request. No customer should be treated with this poor customer service.

Suggested solution:

It's simple, issue the refund.
